SI is a niche investment management company that focuses on commercial property. Our expertise lies in sourcing, structuring and operating property funds for the retail investor market. These funds provide private investors with the opportunity to invest in institutional grade-commercial property stock. As of spring 2010, we have launched funds with an aggregate value of over £300m.
Of our seven funds launched to date, three have already been successfully realised with returns being made to investors. Our track record speaks for itself.
SI was founded in 2001 and is a subsidiary of Sigma Capital Group plc, an AIM-listed specialist asset manager. It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (the “FSA”).
